We are looking for a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic person to join the team here at Jim the Baker. As a family-run bakery in the heart of Northwich, we take great pride in everything we do – from the bread we bake each morning to the cup of tea we place in front of a regular customer. The right candidate will share that same pride and will feel at home in a busy, friendly environment where no two days are quite the same.

The role involves serving customers in our café, assisting with the display and sale of our fresh breads, cakes, and pastries, and helping to keep the shop looking its best throughout the day. Some experience in a customer-facing role would be welcome, though it is not essential – what matters most is a genuine enthusiasm for good food and a natural ability to make people feel at ease. You will also be helping to manage our local delivery orders from time to time, so a practical, can-do attitude goes a long way.
