We are thrilled to share some exciting news from Jim the Baker. Our family-run bakery in Northwich, Cheshire, is set to appear on BBC One's The One Show as part of a special feature entitled Local Business and Inflation. The segment runs for approximately five minutes and airs on Thursday 11th June. Bakery founder James Matthewson will be speaking candidly about the challenges and rewards of running a small artisan bakery in today's economic climate, sharing the story behind Jim the Baker and what keeps us going.
